About the Role:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. To do this, the Product Manager will have to collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs.
Effective product management is driven by a customer-centric mindset in which the customer is placed at the center of every decision. Supported by the tools and techniques of Design Thinking, this mindset focuses the entire organization on creating desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions.
As the Product Manager, you will gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. You should be able to identify user needs, help the customer understand the business value, and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and representing user needs.
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
- Defining a vision for a product.
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
- Think strategically and articulate that strategy– lay out a compelling product strategy that includes a strong understanding of who my customers really are, what it means to win in our market, how to differentiate as a product and company, and how to build compelling and remarkable products for our customers.
- Owns the product roadmap.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Implements the development process and presents the team members the strategies of this process as well as the responsibility of each one during these stages;
- Constantly follows and improves the development process of the project according to the situations arising;
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
- Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

Skills
- Knowledge (or ability to learn a new market) of industry trends
- Ability to set and track key KPIs

- Basic technical understanding – knowing when to push back on a customer if something is not technically feasible.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Agile projects as a product manager or equivalent
- Experience in managing products in an Agile environment
- A good understanding of the tech stack and product life cycle //start-to-end product development process
- Good time management, ability to set up priorities and to monitor progress
- Ability to balance effort/costs/resources with benefits & gains for our customers
- Ability to build credibility in relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Support the agile team with business knowledge
